There is one wonderful holiday for the citizens of Kindy City, called Christmas. This is a precious chance for the students to expand their imagination in a mysterious wonderland, where there are presents given by Santa Claus and making wonderful memories, capturing the best moments of their childhood.

The main mission of preschool teachers is not only about the “teaching” but also about the “caring and nurturing”. The intrinsic motivation which covers up all these intense processes is the teacher’s love, care and attention.

When mentioning Halloween, people often relate it to frightening images. However, at Kindy City, it’s the opposite. Only adorable and cute decorations as well as fun activities are found here.

After 2 weeks exploring different kinds of boxes, students at Kindy City International School had an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills learnt in class via a variation of interesting pretend – play activities.

Each child has a fond memory which is a significant part of his life’s journey. The 2016 Mid-Autumn Festival has been carried out but it must be a good long-lasting impression for every single child.

Recently, all the teachers at Kindy City International Preschool participated in a refresher course – “Friendly environment in preschool”, which was coached by M.A Nguyễn Thị Kim Dung (manager of HCM‘s Preschool Department of Education and Training).

There was a large number of parents who attended the most recent Parenting Workshop – a regular meeting for all parents – on the topic “ How do parents react to students’ needs” held at all of Kindy City International PreSchool’s campuses.

Such processes differ from one child to another. Some children can develop these skills faster than others. Each child has a different pace in learning and improving their social skills. Therefore, at this critical stage, it is important to pay attention to each and every single child’s capacity to learn.

During the last two weeks of FUNTASTIC SCIENCE QUEST, Kindy Citizens at all campuses have experienced “Be A Little Biologist” science project. This project is for students to understand the importance of our natural environment and get to know the animals’ lives and their habitats.

Applying the most innovative teaching method “Learn Through Play”, local and expat teachers at Kindy City International Preschool took students to tiNiWorld theme park last week to experience numerous interesting and educational activities there.

Different from other traditional year-end celebrations filled with statistic figures and endless reports, Kindy City’s End Of School Year Celebrations for 2015 – 2016 was full of fun and excitement with 12 performances (singing, dancing, yoga in both Tran Quoc Thao and Cong Hoa campus) and Games for different age groups.

At the end of last March, Kindy City International Preschool organized a training course titled ‘Communication Skills and Proper Manners of Preschool Teachers’.
