When the mooncakes are sold with sparkling lights of the lanterns along the street, this is the signal that Mid-Autumn festival is coming. We have to admit that all Vietnamese children are always enthusiastic during Mid-Autumn Festival, perhaps because people often call it Tet for Kids.

The main mission of preschool teachers is not only about the “teaching” but also about the “caring and nurturing”. The intrinsic motivation which covers up all these intense processes is the teacher’s love, care and attention.

In order to help the homeroom teachers approach pedagogy solutions for specific objectives, Kindy City International Preschool will hold a regular training workshop called “Enhancing skills of psychological development in preschoolers”

Preschool years are the earliest and the most fundamental learning stage for a child, where they will begin to get to know the world and shape their characteristics. Therefore, choosing the right preschool for children is such a hard decision to make for any parent.

Recently, all the teachers at Kindy City International Preschool participated in a refresher course – “Friendly environment in preschool”, which was coached by M.A Nguyễn Thị Kim Dung (manager of HCM‘s Preschool Department of Education and Training).

Raising kids is one of the most difficult jobs in the world. For parents, it’s always a concern to ensure that their children are cared for and loved in the best possible way, while also having the freedom to develop as individuals.

Such processes differ from one child to another. Some children can develop these skills faster than others. Each child has a different pace in learning and improving their social skills. Therefore, at this critical stage, it is important to pay attention to each and every single child’s capacity to learn.

To find a place for proper nurture is the first priority of parents whose kids are of kindergarten age. Kids often learn best while playing at this age, and their ability to acquire knowledge usually depends on the quality of care they receive on daily basis.

Different from other traditional year-end celebrations filled with statistic figures and endless reports, Kindy City’s End Of School Year Celebrations for 2015 – 2016 was full of fun and excitement with 12 performances (singing, dancing, yoga in both Tran Quoc Thao and Cong Hoa campus) and Games for different age groups.

At the end of last March, Kindy City International Preschool organized a training course titled ‘Communication Skills and Proper Manners of Preschool Teachers’.
