“EXERCISE KEEPS US HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER”

Recently, students at Kindy City International Preschool spent an energetic day out at BodyFit Fitness and Yoga Center.

The first trip to the Fitness center brought the kids lots of surprise and excitement.

Running is one great way to improve our health, it provides a full-body workout.

  

 

 

After a month investigating on the topic ‘Exercises Study’, kids learn about the significance of working out to the body, that exercises help boost their physical and mental development, enhance well – being, increase self-esteem, as well as improve blood circulation.
