As Christmas is the season of spreading love and happiness, Kindy City International Preschool decided to hold the learning project “Christmas at Kindy City”, during the last week of the semester to celebrate.
Santa Claus is an iconic figure throughout the world, embodying the dreams of children everywhere. Kindy City International Preschool introduced stories of Santa Claus to the children, as well as exploring other Christmas imagery and discovering more about the roots and meaning of Christmas.

The children now recognise the joy of sharing gifts and experienced this first-hand with the fun game ‘pass the gift musical chairs’. The children were able to practice their fine motor skills and dexterity by decorating Christmas tree – a usual Western tradition during Christmas time. The Reindeer racing game encouraged team spirit and working together while the craft activities allow the children to express themselves artistically.

The children always try their best in completing their studies. They want to obey their parents, grandparents and teachers in the hope of getting presents from Santa Claus on Christmas day.

Christmas activities are a good way to celebrate a successful semester at Kindy City – where tiny citizens are always recognized for their creativity and talent.
