Everyday, homeroom teachers spend 8-10 hours taking care of children. This creates opportunities to thoroughly understand their habits and dietary needs. As an essential factor of the emotional development in preschoolers, homeroom teachers always try their best to encourage children to develop a close relationship and positive emotions with friends, the school and parents.
In preschoolers, teachers usually observe various types of situations that come from psychological developments. Normally, these changes are caused by living conditions, regular activities or even demands of the parents. Moreover, the personalities of the children or the interactions between them may also lead to the variety of behaviors. As a result, the progress of understanding and taking care of children always requires consideration and investment in mind and soul. In other ways, each child has his/ her own personality and ability to develop, so we cannot apply a general method or technique of pedagogy to all of them.
. The workshop has the participation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hong – Lecturer of Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy.
Besides sharing about the distinctive characteristics of the preschoolers, and the techniques of parenting teaching, and its significance, Ms. Hong will also tackle in depth the proper behaviors of a dedicated teacher.
The training workshop will be held at 8AM, November 5th 2016 at Cong Hoa Campus, 437 Cong Hoa, Ward 15, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
