Ultimately, all life on Earth evolves from trees – the world of plants, which is both the material for breath and the catalyst for life. The saying goes, “in this life, there are three things that need to be done: Planting a tree, writing a book and raising a child”.
With the scientific learning project called “Living in Trees,” Kindy City International Preschool is undertaking two difficult things – educating our future generation to understand the importance of the environment in general, and protecting our green spaces in particular. The children will be engaged in learning more about the benefits of trees through both indoor and outdoor activities. This will be done by various exciting activities that entail looking at trees as living things as well as many other fun experiences for the students to explore.
Thanks to such activities, the kids will learn to appreciate green spaces and start to preserve their surroundings according to the message everyone at Kindy City wants to convey – “Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky”.
