The world of cardboard boxes can easily engage the little preschoolers in a great number of activities – treasure box, boxes stacking, boxes decoration to name a few.
That is the reason why Kindy City International Preschool is running the ‘Imagining, Creating and Relating with Box Study’ throughout 3 campuses during the month of September.
Box Study is aimed at harnessing the students’ fine motor skills, along with their imagination and creativity in building the signature skyscraper Bitexco, or the shopping malls, etc., using simple materials such as, cardboard boxes, colored paper, glue and crayons. Children also practice communicative skills while roleplaying doctors, policemen, firefighters and chefs.
More excitingly, the students will ride in their favorite toy cars, driving to the Car Wash Station and experience what it’s like in real life to have their car washed. Teamwork will be challenged with Amazing Maze, where our little preschoolers are to move with their gross motor skills and cooperate with their teammates to get out of the maze.
Kindy City International Preschool is looking forward to the participation and involvement of all parents to Box Study project with teachers and our little Kindy Citizens.
