To end the FUNTASTIC SCIENCE QUEST, Kindy City International Preschool will hold a “Summer Jamboree 2016” on July 29th 2016 at all campuses.
“Summer Jamboree 2016” is a chance for kids to review everything that they have learned in 9 weeks. With the camping theme, they will design the tents by themselves; this will help them to build the basic awareness of what to do and what to bring to a picnic.
Besides decorating their ‘little house’, kids will take part in a variety of activities which require gross motor skills and observations skills. For example the Blast Off activity which allows students to explore their science knowledge and reactions. With the “Make a Kaleidoscope” activity the students will apply their color and surrounding awareness. During the activities the students will be able to develop their physical strength, learn to work together as a team and also have the opportunities to boost their English skills. Noodle Balloons allows students to practice their hand-eye coordination as well as collaborate with their friends in order to direct the balloons into the basket. Their social emotional skills are enhanced with Friendship dance. With a combination of listening and observation skills the students will take part in the game Telephone, in which they have to successfully get a message from one person to the next. In order to develop muscle strength, reflexes, teamwork and coordination they take part in ball throwing and other Traditional Games.
Interesting teamwork and individual competitions are waiting for students to discover at the “Summer Jamboree 2016”.
It will be a meaningful and memorable camping experience for all the little citizens at KINDY CITY.
