Summer is just around the corner, it is the time when students can enjoy exciting moments full of joy and new experience, they will also learn useful lessons from the people and the world around them.
During the stage of kindergarten, the most effective way for kids to gain basic knowledge about the world around them is through scientific approach, it helps them have better understanding about life and it satisfies their curiosities about their surroundings. Activities using observation and hands-on experiments will enhance their environmental consciousness, develop a sense of responsibility towards Mother Nature and their own products.
This weekend, Kindy City International Preschool will organise a Funtastic Science Quest – Open Day about Special Science Study for the summer which will be held at 2 campuses:
- Cong Hoa Campus (437 Cong Hoa, Ward 15, Tan Binh District, HCMC): from 9am to 11am, Saturday, April 02, 2016
- Tran Quoc Thao Campus (68 Tran Quoc Thao, District 3, HCMC): from 9am to 11am, Sunday, April 03, 2016
In particular, at Funtastic Science Quest, there will be a workshop on ‘What is meant with ‘Learn Through Play?’ – a fundamental principle in teaching – parenting at Kindy City – which is believed to fully develop the children’s practical skills and knowledge, at the same time motivate them to learn and explore the world.
This summer promises to bring the kids unforgettable experience via proper balance between learning and playing activities, they will also be provided with the opportunities to broaden their knowledge of science, boost their linguistic and physical development, improve their social-emotional and arts skills.
